摘 要项目成本管理通常是指在项目建设过程中形成各种成本因素以及生产所需的支出,包括人力,物力资源等。在此过程中,成本管理可能存在着不足。因此在项目建设过程中我们可以制定和实施有效的对策,来帮助企业实现战略目标和更好的发展。本文以寿光城投集团悦动生态城项目为研究对象,运用项目成本管理基础理论,通过文献研究法对国内外项目成本管理现状归纳总结,力图为本次论文指引方向。通过实地调查,深入企业,了解寿光城投集团悦动生态城项目成本管理现状,为分析项目成本管理的问题提供依据。本文涉及到的项目成本的控制方法有两种:一种是成本累计曲线法;另一种是挣得值法。本文基于工程项目的成本管理理论,通过学习如何管理成本,对项目中所出现的问题和导致这些问题的原因进行具体分析,制作出科学的解决方案。该项目需要建立健全的成本管理制度,项目成本全员管理的意识,建立切实可行的管理流程,科学有效的确定责权组织机构,有针对性的提出相应的改进方案,提出实施方案的策略。关键词:成本管理,项目成本管理,成本控制,挣得值法IABSTRACTProject cost management usually refers to the formation of various cost factors and different expenditures required for production during the project construction process, including human and material resources.
