论文题目：Study on the Translation Strategies of Culture-specific Items in The Three-Body Problem IIiiAbstractLiu Cixin, Chinese science fiction writer, his novel the Three-Body Problem has strong Chinese cultural traits, which involves a lot of culture-specific items. How to accurately translate these Chinese culture-specific items into the target language and make them acceptable to the target language readers is a difficult task for science fiction translators. At present, there are a lot of researches on “culture-specific items” at home, but they mainly focus on the translation of literary works.This paper starts with the definition and connotation of culture-specific items, and then focuses on culture-specific items in The Three-Body Problem I by referring to Aixela's translation strategies of culture-specific items, using close-reading method, translation examples analysis and other research methods. The paper mainly analyzed the translation strategies of the culture-specific items used in the English version The Three-Body Problem I.
