《慎子》成因影响

摘 要慎子（约公元前390年~约公元前315年）名到，赵国人。曾在齐国稷下学宫讲学，在当时颇有影响力。本文通过慎到现存的资料及相应的时代背景，探究《慎子》的写作成因，包括慎子自身观念的形成以及所处环境的影响。同时，文章展开对《慎子》思想的讨论，涉及君臣的职能分工，重势学说、张扬法律、无为而为等方面，最后探讨了《慎子》一书对后世的影响，诸如对后世政治秩序的建构、语言风格的形成等。关键词：《慎子》；成因；影响AbstractShen Zi (390 BC to 315 BC) was named Dao. He lectured at the Jixia Academy in Qi and was very influential at that time. This paper probes into the writing reasons of Shen Zi, including the formation of Shen Zi's own ideas and the influence of his environment.
