摘要田径运动作为最普遍的运动方式之一,由于其较强的负荷以及场地、器材、天气、运动员身体素质等诸多不确定因素导致其具有较强的危险性,致使运动员极易受到运动损伤。运动损伤是影响运动员身体健康,制约体育发展的重要因素,本篇论文通过对田径运动中常见运动损伤进行研究,以期达到减少运动损伤的目的,保障运动员身体健康,体育事业快速发展。本篇论文主要采用了文献资料法和逻辑分析法。根据对运动损伤的研究,最后归纳总结出田径运动中常见的运动损伤有肩关节损伤、肘关节损伤、腕关节损伤、膝关节损伤、踝关节损伤、肌肉拉伤。常见损伤原因有场地器材不标准不规范、准备活动不足、技术动作错误、安全防范意识不到位、负荷量过大、运动员身体素质太差以及其他原因。针对损伤原因提出对应预防措施有合理选择场地器材、做好准备活动、学习掌握正确规范技术动作、提高安全防范意识、加强身心素质,选择合适负荷、加强医务监督,掌握应急方法。关键词:田径运动损伤;损伤成因;损伤预防AbstractAthletics is one of the most common ways to exercise. The athletes are extremely vulnerable to injury due to the strong load and venue, equipment, weather, and other uncertain factors resulted in the strong risk. Sports injury is the main factor to affect athletes’ physical health to improve the rapid development of sports. This paper mainly uses the methods of literature and logic analysis. According to the research of sports injuries, the paper summarizes the common sports injuries in the track and field such as shoulder joint injury, ankle joint injury, ankle joint injury and muscle strain. Common causes of injury are non-standard of venues and equipment, lack of preparation activities, technical error, no safety awareness, the large load, poor physical fitness athletes and other reasons.
