摘要英国为提升教育实力，颁布了一系列促进教育均衡发展的政策，这些政策对于保障英国全体适龄儿童入学、改善薄弱学校教育状况、促进教育公平、提高教育质量具有重要意义，我国目前正处于大力发展学前教育的时期，但又存在诸多问题，缺乏相应的理论指导，基于英国义务教育均衡发展的视角再结合我国学前教育发展的现状，可以对我国学前教育的发展得出一些启示
