摘 要现代社会,中年女性承受着来自各个方面的压力
中年女性在家庭中分别扮演妻子、母亲、儿媳、女儿等多种不同的角色,不仅要承担繁杂的家务,还要相夫教子,照顾老人
此外他们还要努力工作,在拼搏中实现自我价值
这多重的压力使中年女性在身体上和心理上都受到巨大创伤
近年来瑜伽运动由于其自身的特点,逐步发展成为一项被广大女性所喜爱的健身运动,而其中中年女性居多
本文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等阐明瑜伽运动的类型和作用,并对中年女性的身心特点和发展现状进行分析,在此基础上探讨瑜伽运动对中年女性身体和心理等方面产生的影响,能为中年女性的健身方法提供思路和理论借鉴
