黄连有效成分分析论文 【摘要】目的讨论黄连（味连）有效成分积累的动态规律，为确定黄连最佳采收期提供依据。方法定期定点采集 2～5 年生黄连样品，分析黄连根茎中盐酸小檗碱和总生物碱的含量，分别用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法和 UV 法测定。结果黄连根茎中有效成分动态积累有一定规律，盐酸小檗碱含量每年 4 月（开花结实期）几乎均为全年最低，4～5 年生黄连以 10～11 月黄连根茎中的小檗碱含量达到全年最高值，而以 5 年生黄连的盐酸小檗碱含量为最高；总生物碱含量呈上升趋势，每年在 10～11 月含量达到全年最高，而以 5年生黄连的总生物碱含量最高。结论根据黄连有效成分的积累动态规律，黄连的最佳采收期为 10～11 月的 5 年生黄连根茎。 【关键词】黄连有效成分动态积累 Abstract：ObjectiveTostudythedynamicaccumulationregulationoftheeffectivecomponentsofCoptischinensis,sotoprovidetheexperimentaldataofoptimalharvesttimeofCoptischinensis.MethodsThesamplesoftwotofiveyearsweregatheredfromthesameglebeandtime.BerberineandthetotalalkaloidswereanalyzedbyHPLCandUVmethods.ResultsThedynamicaccumulationofeffectivecomponentsintherootstalkoftheCoptischinensishadregularityinthecertainextend.ThecontentsofberberineinsampleswerealmostthelowestinAprilineveryyear,whichweremostlythehighestinOctoberandNovemberfromthesamplesgrown4～5years,butthecontentofthecomponentwasmostlythehighestin5-year-oldCoptischinensisintheseriessamples.ThecontentofthetotalalkaloidsincreasedyearbyyearintherootstalkoftheCoptischinensis,whichwasmostlythehighestinOctoberandNovemberineveryyear,butthecontentofthecomponentwasmostlythehighestin5-year-oldCoptischinensisinthesamples.ConclusionAccordingtotheaccumulationpatternoftheeffectivecomponentsintheCoptischinensis,theoptimalharvesttimeisfromSeptembertoNovember.
