商务英语谈判策略摘要我国实行对外开放以来,对外经济贸易有了很大的发展,对外往来日益频繁大大地促进了我国社会主义经济的发展。随着经济全球化的趋势加强,我国改革开放越来越深入,我们经济上与国外的合作就会越来越多,作为世界性语言,英语则成了国际商务谈判中的通用语言,本文将通过对商务英语谈判的叙述,分析商务英语谈判的特点和重要性,来制定商务英语谈判的策略: 善于倾听、少说多听、用语委婉、巧用幽默等技巧,并在谈判之前做好准备,谈判中运用一定的谈判技巧,灵活运用所学到的知识提高谈判技术,达到我方说服对方理解、允许或接受我方的想法与观点的目的,从而使我们在商务英语谈判中有礼有节并保护自己的利益,保护企业利益,体现中国企业的实力,在合作中最大限度的实现双赢。关键词:商务英语,商务谈判,谈判策略AbstractSince China’s reform and opening-up , foreign economy and trade have been greatly developed. The communication of people from China and abroad is more frequent, which greatly promotes the development of China's socialist economy.With the strengthened trend of economic globalization, China's reform and opening up enters in a new level. We have more chance to cooperate with foreign corporations. As the universal language, English becomes the common language in international business negotiations. In this thesis, we state the contents of international bussiness negotiations in English, and then analyze the characteristics and importance of international business negotiations in English. On these basis, we make strategies when negotiationing with foreign people:good at listening to others, expressing with tactful words and so on.We should use the knowledge we study to make negotiation strategies flexibly.Then at last we can make the other party understand and accept our views.
