本科论文摘 要近些年来，我国随着市场经济持续深入发展，固定资产管理成为了企业强化内部管理的主要手段之一，对企业的快速发展起着至关重要的作用。因为固定资产有着投资成本高、使用生命周期长、种类繁多、存放地点分布广等特点，所以容易造成管理流程不规范、制度不健全等问题。通过对固定资产管理的研究，可以得出有效的管理方法能提高固定资产的管理水平，使其科学化，也减少了在操作上对资金管理的潜在风险，并充分展示出稳定的管理原则。因此企业加强对固定资产的管理就格外重要。本文将以固定资产管理为重点，以辽宁移动通信有限公司为例，对公司固定资产管理中存在的固定资产管理流程不规范，资产转资与账务不符、管理人员缺乏责任心，固定资产盘点账实不符以及管理人员专业能力不足，资产价值形成不准确三方面的问题进行研究与分析。同时希望严格按照公司的相关规定，对固定资产进行操作，增强团队意识和个人责任感，共同推进固定资产管理水平的进步，从而降低固定资产管理不善带来的损失，降低企业成本，实现企业利润最大化。 关键词： 在建工程； 固定资产； 固定资产管理分析 AbstractIn the last few years, as China's market economy continues to develop in depth, fixed asset management has become one of the main means for enterprises to strengthen internal management, and plays a vital role in the rapid 本科论文development of enterprises.
