医养中心出入库作业流程仿真优化I摘要随着全国人口老龄化的发展,医药行业面领着巨大的挑战,药品的市场需求不断提高,面对医药的仓储业也蓬勃发展,仓储是产品供给的关键环节。在这样的大环境下医院仓储系统就变得十分重要,这关乎这人们的生命安全。本文以医养中心仓库为具体研究对象,分析了医养中心所使用储药仓库出入库的操作步骤。先对该中心储药仓库的过程利用 FlexSim 构建模型,进行了仿真分析,发现其存在暂存区货物大量积压、备货时间长、员工工作效率低等问题;提出增加医用智能搬运机器人、在验收时对货物进行分类、将货架分类等优化建议;最后根据建议做出优化后的仿真模型,并进行优化前后仿真结果的对比分析。说明本次优化提高了医养中心出入库的整个运行效率及员工工作的积极性,降低了工作压力,增加了作业效率,对医养中心在未来的发展中具有一定的实际意义。关键词:医药仓储;出入库作业流程;仿真分析;作业效率ABSTRACTAs aging population increasing in China, the pharmaceutical industry is facing a huge challenge, and the demand for drugs has increased substantially.
