同时与传统的设计方法进行了比较,通过运用精密锻造,提出了新的模具设计方案
运用成形 FEM 分析,得出了一种与传统工艺方案相比更为合理,模具更能够达到安全可靠的生产要求,锻出的产品质量优良,同时能够节约成本的新方案
通过 DEFORM 软件的应用,对锻造过程中出现的问题进行改良,对方案进行优化,最终得出实际可行的方案,完成九孔圆锚圈的锻造成型
