中 文 摘 要圆锚圈的锻造工艺与模具设计 本次课题主要的研究内容为九孔圆锚圈的锻造成型,对圆锚圈的锻造工艺进行了设计。同时与传统的设计方法进行了比较,通过运用精密锻造,提出了新的模具设计方案。运用成形 FEM 分析,得出了一种与传统工艺方案相比更为合理,模具更能够达到安全可靠的生产要求,锻出的产品质量优良,同时能够节约成本的新方案。通过 DEFORM 软件的应用,对锻造过程中出现的问题进行改良,对方案进行优化,最终得出实际可行的方案,完成九孔圆锚圈的锻造成型。关键词 精锻 圆锚圈 热锻 DEFORM Title Forging Technology A nd Die Design O f Round Anchor RingAbstractThe main research content of this project is the forging of nine-hole circular anchor ring. The forging process of circular anchor ring is designed. At the same time, compared with the traditional design method, a new design scheme of die was put forward by using precision forging. By FEM analysis, a new scheme is obtained, which is more reasonable than the traditional process scheme. The die can meet the requirements of safe and reliable production. The quality of forged products is excellent, and the cost can be saved at the same time. Through the application of DEFORM software, the problems in forging process are improved and the scheme is optimized.
