张家口主城区幼儿教育资源配置公平性调研【摘要】幼儿教育资源配置是指在幼儿教育领域的所有人力、物力和财力资源的总和。而教育的活动过程在于培养人，它涉及到这三种资源的配置问题，教育资源配置也就是在教育资源数量一定情况下，在教育系统内部各组成部分将有限的三种资源进行分配，以充分有效的使用资源，使社会各方面对教育的要求达到满足。本研究选取张家口主城区幼儿园为研究对象，采用文献研究法、问卷调查法分别从人力、物力、财力三方面进行调查研究，在对调查结果进行分析的基础上，对发现的问题进行原因分析，并提出相关建议，以期减少幼儿教育资源配置的不公平性现状，实现相对公平，使教育健康、均衡、协调和可持续发展。【关键词】幼儿教育 资源配置 公平性 调研The equity research of education resources allocation in the main urban area of zhangjiakou【 Abstract 】 Child education resource allocation refers to all human material and financial resources in the field of education.And the activitives of education lies in cultivating in people,it involves the three resource configuration issues,education resource allocation in the education resources quantity certain cases.Each component in the education system will be limited three kinds of resource allocation to fully effective use of resources,make the society in the face of education requirements to meet.This study selected Zhangjiakou city kindergarten as the research object,using literature research,questionnaire survey method to respectively from three aspects as manpower found,and put forward relevant suggestions,in order to reduce unfaimess status of preshool education resource configuration,realize the relatively fair.Make education sustained and healthy development. 【Key Words】Children education resources resource allocation problems reasons recommendations目 录一 、 引 言 ........................................................1（ 一 ） 问 题 的 提 出 ...........................................
