镇江港港口物流SWOT 分析及对策研究摘要随着“十八大”以来，中央部署的长江经济带、“一带一路”等战略的大力推进以及互联网技术的迅速发展，沿江沿海港口的战略定定位就变得尤为重要。本文立足于镇江港，运用了 SWOT 分析法开展定性研究。研究首先对镇江港发展现状、自身优势、劣势进行了分析。研究发现镇江港在地理位置、港口岸线资源等方面享有内部优势，同时也具有政府扶持、航道条件改善等外部机遇。同时进一步得出镇江港应该采取开拓型战略，从而达到江海河联动，促进港产城融合。【关键词】镇江港；SWOT 分析；港口物流the Research on SWOT Analysis and Countermeasure of Zhenjiang Port LogisticsAbstractAlong with the "18th national congress", the central government has deployed the Yangtze economic belt, the "One Belt And One Road" strategy and the development of Internet technology is deep rapid, the strategic positioning of the coastal ports along the river is particularly important. This paper, based in zhenjiang port, USES the SWOT analysis to conduct qualitative research. The research firstly analyzes the development status, advantages and disadvantages of zhenjiang port.Study found that zhenjiang port in the geographical position, enjoys the internal port coastline resources advantages, at the same time also has the government support, such as channel condition to improve the external opportunities.
