【摘要】:本文对推行义务教育发展规划，以扬州市高邮市为例，做出探讨。从高邮市政府推行义务教育发展规划的现状出发，分析其在教育现代化、教育生态化以及教育一体化三个方面推出的方案中存在的问题及问题成因，从而针对问题成因提出对策，最后总结出具有普适性的解决方案。【关键词】：义务教育； 发展规划； 教育生态化； 城乡教育一体化； 教育现代化【Abstract】：Taking Gaoyou City of Yangzhou City as an example, this paper discusses the implementation of compulsory education development planning. Based on the status of the implementation of compulsory education development planning by Gaoyou Municipal Government, this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the problems introduced in the three aspects of education modernization, education ecologicalization and education integration.
