中国股市泡沫问题研究【摘要】我国股票市场自成立以来，市场深度和广度得到快速拓展，但是市场波动频繁且幅度过大，经常出现股市泡沫现象，既影响广大投资者的切身利益，也给整个实体经济造成许多负面冲击，成为我国社会经济最大的不稳定因素。人们对股市的研究由来已久，并且对它的探讨也一直没有停息。解决股票泡沫问题有绝对的必要性，它影响了我国所有投资者的根本利益。因此，为保持国民经济健康快速发展，需要我们深入研究我国股市泡沫的现状和成因，在此基础上提出防范和治理股市泡沫的对策建议。【关键词】 股市；股市泡沫；研究；发展 Study on Chinese stock market bubble【Abstract】Since the establishment of our stock market, the depth and breadth of the market to get rapid development, but the market is fluctuant and frequent, range is too big, often appear the stock market bubble phenomenon, affecting both the personal interest of broad investor, but also to the entity economy caused many negative impacts, become our country social economy the biggest unstable factors.
