第四届中国银行“最美一线青年员工”候选人情况简介波兰分行 Patrycja JasinskaMy name is Patrycja Jasińska and I am 26 years old. I am experienced banker working in the Banking Department in Bank of China Poland Branch. I am also doing my last year of MA at the University of Warsaw. I study Accounting and Finance with major Banking.I enrolled for Finance and Accounting studies in 2024 at University of Warsaw. I worked in Administrative department and was responsible for monitoring the inventory, office stock and managing car fleet. When I gained all the professional experience that position of Administration specialist could offer me, I decided to enhance my experience and joined Bank of China Poland Branch in February, 2024. I spent my first BOC years in various positions before deciding on the area I feel most passionate about: retail and corporate relationship management. I started at Bank of China as a teller, where I experienced the excitement of customer service and broadened my knowledge of banking industry. I was given lots of opportunities and responsibilities so far. What I like the most is that it does not matter how young you are, from the moment you start, you are given responsibilities. I am currently working in the Banking Department where I am responsible for creating and maintaining the relationships with new and existing clients, both retail and corporate. Since the beginning of the year, I am also responsible for the design of new products for retail clients of Bank of China Poland Branch involving doing market research, proposal of new product ideas, design and follow-up of the projects.
