美托洛尔缓释片治疗慢性心力衰竭120例疗效观察

打开文本图片集 摘要：目的 通过应用美托洛尔缓释片治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭（CHF），以评价美托洛 尔的疗效。方法 120 例慢性心力衰竭患者，将其随机分配成治疗组、对比组，各 60 例。对比组进行常规治疗，治疗组在前者基础上增加美托洛尔缓释片 47.5mg，1 次/d，在随后时间里逐渐加量到 142.5mg 。 结果 治疗组猝死率明显减低，治疗后射血分数（EF）较 对比组明显增加，室性心律失常明显减少。结论 美托洛尔缓释片可增加慢性心力衰竭患者 EF，减少室性心律失常。关键词：美托洛尔缓释片；慢性心力衰竭；室性心律失常；猝死率Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Metoprolol Tartrate Sustained Release Tablets in Treatment of Congestive Heart FailureMEI Lian-lian（Department of Cardiology，Clinical College in Baodi of Tianjin University，Tianjin 301800，China）Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of metoprolol tartrate sustained release tablets in treatment of Congestive Heart Failure（CHF）.Methods 120 patients with CHF were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group and control group，with each 60 case.Based on the conventional treatment，the patients in the treatment group were given metoprolol tartrate sustained release tablets（47.5mg qd），increasing the dosage up to 142.5mg qd or the patients” ， maximum tolerated dose.The patients in the control group were given other treatment.Results After treatment with metoprolol tartrate sustained release tablets for 6 months，the treatment group had lower rate of sudden death，high EF.Conclusion Metoprolol tartrate sustained release tablets can increase the ejection fraction，reduce the ventricular arrhythmia.
