我国新农村建设中社区志愿文化导向机制讨论 摘 要：农村社区作为志愿服务文化的时空载体，承载着志愿服务在新农村建设中进展的未来走向。在新农村建设中，志愿文化的和谐进展需要以农村社区为依托，从社区进展的角度进行政府推动、志愿主体协调、社区诱导，实现志愿文化主体、志愿文化客体、志愿文化载体的互动共进，从而推动志愿服务事业的健康进展和社会的全面进步。 关键词：新农村社区；志愿文化；文化导向；社区进展；文化和谐 Abstract：Culture，as a soft power in new rural construction，provide spiritual impetus and intellectual support for a new socialist countryside，and volunteer culture have influenced the building of a new socialist countryside as an important driving force for sustainable development factors. Rural communities，as a culture of volunteer service time vector，carry the volunteer services in the new countryside building in the rural development‘s future direction. In the new rural community construction，voluntary and cultural needs of the harmonious development of rural community，based community development from the point of view of the government promote the voluntary bodies coordinated by community-induced and achieve voluntary cultural mainstay of the voluntary cultural objects，voluntary cultural interaction carrier thereby promote the cause of voluntary service healthy development and overall social progress.
