手术并发症 151 例原因分析【摘要】 目的 探讨手术并发症发生的原因，为提高医院手术病人医疗质量、减少手术并发症的发生提供依据。方法 对我院近 10 年发生手术并发症的 151 例住院病人进行回顾性调查分析。结果 手术并发症病人平均住院日 d，人均医疗费用 30 803 元，与全院住院病人平均住院日 d，人均医疗费用 13 127 元比较差异有显着统计学意义。结论 医生在手术治疗的同时，要加强工作责任心，预防手术并发症的发生，同时也应引起医院管理者高度重视。【关键词】 手术并发症；原因；平均住院日；医疗经费 Abstract： Objective To investigated the causes of postoperative complications in order to enhance the operative quality. Methods A retrospective survey was done on 151 patients who suffered from complications after operation in the past Postoperative complications not only affected the average days of hospitalization, but also imposed heavy financial burden on the patients with an average individual fee of 30,803 RMB yuan per year, significantly higher than 13,127 RMB yuan of a normal inpatient (t=,). Conclusion It is suggested that the surgeons should strengthen the responsibilities and pay attention to postoperative complications. The hospital managers need to think much of it. Key words： postoperative complication; causal analysis;average of hospital stay；payment for medical care 手术并发症是反映医院手术质量的一项重要指标［1］。通过对手术并发症发生原因的分析，可以更有针对性地加强手术病人术中和术后的检查、治疗、康复和管理，对切实提高医院的综合治疗水平，提高外科系统医疗质量有积极意义。 1 资料与方法 本文对我院 1999—2025 年发生手术并发症的 151 例住院病人进行回顾性调查分析。通过医院 HIS 系统数据库中检索相关内容并打印出病例清单，结合调阅原始病历，对发生并发症的情况和可能原因进行调查，所有数据录入后用 SAS 软件进行统计处理。 2 结果与分析 基本情况 本院 1999—2025 年住院手术共 44 010 例，发生手术并发症 151 例，手术并发症发生率为 %，低于总后卫生部...
