手术并发症 151 例原因分析【摘要】 目的 探讨手术并发症发生的原因，为提高医院手术病人医疗质量、减少手术并发症的发生提供依据。方法 对我院近 10 年发生手术并发症的 151 例住院病人进行回顾性调查分析。结果 手术并发症病人平均住院日 d，人均医疗费用 30 803 元，与全院住院病人平均住院日 d，人均医疗费用 13 127 元比较差异有显着统计学意义。结论 医生在手术治疗的同时，要加强工作责任心，预防手术并发症的发生，同时也应引起医院管理者高度重视。【关键词】 手术并发症；原因；平均住院日；医疗经费 Abstract： Objective To investigated the causes of postoperative complications in order to enhance the operative quality. Methods A retrospective survey was done on 151 patients who suffered from complications after operation in the past Postoperative complications not only affected the average days of hospitalization, but also imposed heavy financial burden on the patients with an average individual fee of 30,803 RMB yuan per year, significantly higher than 13,127 RMB yuan of a normal inpatient (t=,). Conclusion It is suggested that the surgeons should strengthen the responsibilities and pay attention to postoperative complications. The hospital managers need to think much of it.
