有机废气处理毕业答辩论文 本 科 毕 业 设 计 说 明 书 某工厂有机废气处理设计专 业环境工程班 级B 环工 081学 号学生姓名何萍指导老师沈丹完成日期2025.06.10某工厂有机废气处理设计摘 要:大气污染是我国目前最突出的环境问题之一,工业废气是大气污染物的重要来源。大量工业废气排入大气,必定使大气环境质量下降,给人体健康带来严重危害。本设计利用填料式氢氧化钠洗涤和活性炭固定床吸附系统对工业有机废气进行净化。选用填料式吸收塔气液之间扰动剧烈,吸收阻力小,吸收效率高,操作稳定有合适的弹性。而在活性炭吸附器的设计上,本文采纳了卧式多层设计。选用活性炭为吸附剂,具有吸附性能好,流体阻力小的特点。本设计主要设计五部分内容,包括有机废气的收集、有机废气的处理、连接管道的设计计算、辅助设备的设计计算以及相关设计图的绘制。其中还介绍了有机废气污染现状与危害,处理的工艺流程和原理、相关的各种标准规则,以及设备的选型与尺寸的计算和简要介绍了活性炭的再生。关键词:工业有机废气;填料塔;固定床吸附器×The organic waste gas treatment design of a factory Abstract: Air pollution is one of the country's most prominent environmental issue,industrial emissions are an important source of atmospheric pollutants.
