Economic globalization has become the main trend of world economic development, China's enterprises are to survival and development in the global compete, we must actively participate in international competition, taking the road of transnational business. This paper discusses the status of Chinese Transnational Enterprises, characteristics, prospects, analysing problems exsit in transnational business, and on this basis it puts forward a number of measures and proposals.
