Section Ⅳ Grammar & Writing否定词与否定句否定的基本类型有：全部否定，部分否定，双重否定。英语中常见的否定词有：(1)副词：not(不)，never(从来不，绝不)，hardly/scarcely(几乎不)，seldom(很少)，rarely(很少)，nowhere(没有地方)，neither(也不)。(2)代词：little(没多少)，few(没几个)，none(没有)，nothing(一无所有)，no one/nobody(没有人)，neither(两者都不)。(3)形容词：否定形容词多以否定前缀 un， in， im， dis， ir， ab及否定后 缀  less 构 成 。 unable( 不 能 的 ), unfit( 不 合 适 的 ), uncommon( 不 常 见 的 ), incomplete(不完全的), inaccurate(不准确的), incapable(不能的), impossible(不可能的), impolite(不礼貌的), dissatisfactory(令人不满意的), irregular(不规则的), abnormal(不正常的), helpless(无助的), hopeless(绝望的)。(4)否定动词：dislike(不喜欢), disobey(不服从), displease(使不高兴)。(5)其他否定词：without prep.(没有), unless conj.(除非), before prep.& conj.(还没)。(6)含否定意义的短语：free from(没有), far from(远非), in no case(任何情况下都不， 决不), at no time(任何时候都不， 决不)等。3．常见否定句：否定副词 not, seldom, never, hardly, rarely, nowhere 等与谓语动词连用。I can hardly understand what he said just now.我几乎不能理解他刚才所说的话。这些否定副词用于句首时， 主句要使用倒装语序。Seldom does he go to work late. 他很少上班迟到。Never in my life have I heard such nonsense!我这辈子从来没有听过这种废话！4．否定祈使句：由“Don’t 或 Never＋动词原形”构成。Don’t let negativity ruin your motivation.不要让消极情绪破坏了你的动力。Never judge people by their appearance.不可以貌取人。全部否定：由“否定主语(否定代词或 no＋名词)＋肯定谓语”构成。Nothing is difficult if you put your heart into it.世上无难事， 只怕有心人。No man is born wise. 人非生而知之。常用“neither/nor＋助动词/情态动词＋主语”来表达“某人也不……”。If you don’t accept his invitation, neither shall I.如果你不接受他的邀请，我也不接受。否定转移：常见的否定转移有两...
