农村公共产品供给制度：现状、形成机理与目标模式选择官永彬（重庆师范大学旅游学院，重庆 沙坪坝 400047） 摘要：长期以来，我国农村公共产品供给制度忽视广大农户对农村公共产品的需求偏好，从而引致农村公共产品供求机制的失衡，而要实现农村公共产品的最优供给，必须把农民的需求偏好作为农村公共产品供给函数的内生变量，现实最佳的目标模式就是针对不同类型的农村公共产品提出与之相配套的四种模式：政府供给型、政府与私人混合供给型、民间组织供给型与私人供给型，逐步建立起政府、民间组织、私人等多渠道、多形式、多层次的多元化供给格局。关键词：公共产品 农村公共产品 最优供给The Supply System of Rural Public Goods: Current Situation, Reason and Goal Mode ChoiceGuan Yong –bin(College of Travel, Chongqing Normal University, Chongqing 400047,China)Abstract: For a long time, the supply system of rural public goods has ignored the demands of numerous peasants for rural public goods, breaking the balance of supply and demand of the rural public goods.
