决策树方法在复杂社会技术系统组织因素量化中的应用宋洪涛，张力，王以群，廉士乾 （南华大学人因研究所，湖南衡阳 421001）摘要：主要探讨运用决策树方法对复杂社会技术系统组织因素量化的问题。对影响人误发生的组织文化、组织结构、规程、培训、组织沟通以及监督检查、组织决策七个因素按照好、一般、差三种表现形式分别进行了解释，画出了组织因素决策树例图。介绍了决策树量化的方法，给出了量化的公式和例子。关键词：组织因素；组织因素表现形式；决策树方法中图分类号: X928 Quantifying Organizational Factors in Complicated Technical System Using Decision Tree MethodSONG Hong-tao ,ZHANG Li， WANG Yi-qun，LIAN Shi-qian(Human Factor Institute, Nanhua University，Hengyang Hunan 421001)Abstract:The pather mainly discusses quantifying organizational factors in complicated technical system using decision tree method. Key words: organizational factors;modalities of organizational factors; decision tree method1 引言近年来，随着一系列重大安全事故的发生，人的因素对复杂社会－技术系统，特别是对复杂技术系统的可靠性、安全性的重要作用已成为人们的共识。随着研究的深入，人们愈来愈认识到，人因可靠性分析与研究必须更充分、更深入地考虑组织与管理因素的作用和影响。现代人－机系统已由简单人－机系统演变成复杂的社会－技术系统，其构成要素由人、机两要素发展为技术设施、人、组织三要素。组织一旦发生错误，既可能对系统的安全造成直接的威胁，也可能对系统安全性可靠性（包括人员的可靠性）产生长期的潜移默化的侵蚀，削弱系统的防御功能，最终导致事故。切尔诺贝利核事故以及重庆开县天然...
