上海市宝山区 2006 年度药物不良反应报告分析李虹影 1 ，陆逸雁 2（1上海市第一人民医院宝山分院，上海 200940；2上海市食品药品监督管理局宝山分局，上海 200439）摘要 目的：了解 2006 年度我区药物不良反应（ADR）的发生情况。方法：利用 Excel 电子表和手工筛选方法，对 2006 年度上海市宝山区上报的 2078 份ADR 报表进行统计和分析。结果：ADR 报告主要来源于医疗机构，涉及 ADR 的药品中抗微生物药居首位，给药途径以静脉滴注为主，主要的不良反应累计系统/器官以皮肤及其附件最多见，涉及国家药品不良反应通报品种 15 种。结论：应加强和重视药品不良反应监测，保障公众安全合理用药。 关键词 药品不良反应 ；统计 ；分析 Analysis of Adverse Drug Reaction Reports during 2006 in Baoshan District of ShanghaiLi Hongying (Baoshan branch of First People's Hospital of Shanghai)Lu Weiyan (Baoshan branch of sFDA in Shanghai)ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE:To investigate the occurance of ADR during 2006 in Baoshan district of Shanghai.METHODS: By means of Excel table and manual filtration，we analyze and evaluate the 2078 ADR reports.RESURTS:Antibiotic was the most drugs causing ADR.
