上海市宝山区 2006 年度药物不良反应报告分析李虹影 1 ，陆逸雁 2（1上海市第一人民医院宝山分院，上海 200940；2上海市食品药品监督管理局宝山分局，上海 200439）摘要 目的：了解 2006 年度我区药物不良反应（ADR）的发生情况。方法：利用 Excel 电子表和手工筛选方法，对 2006 年度上海市宝山区上报的 2078 份ADR 报表进行统计和分析。结果：ADR 报告主要来源于医疗机构，涉及 ADR 的药品中抗微生物药居首位，给药途径以静脉滴注为主，主要的不良反应累计系统/器官以皮肤及其附件最多见，涉及国家药品不良反应通报品种 15 种。结论：应加强和重视药品不良反应监测，保障公众安全合理用药。 关键词 药品不良反应 ；统计 ；分析 Analysis of Adverse Drug Reaction Reports during 2006 in Baoshan District of ShanghaiLi Hongying (Baoshan branch of First People's Hospital of Shanghai)Lu Weiyan (Baoshan branch of sFDA in Shanghai)ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE:To investigate the occurance of ADR during 2006 in Baoshan district of Shanghai.METHODS: By means of Excel table and manual filtration，we analyze and evaluate the 2078 ADR reports.RESURTS:Antibiotic was the most drugs causing ADR. Most of them were induced by iv.gtt.System/organ damagers were commonly in skin and appendixes.CONCLUSIONS:There are many factors in the occurance of ADR.We should strengthen and emphasize ADR monitoring to assure the safety and health of the people.KEY WORDS Adverse drug reaction;Statistics;Analysis为做好药品不良反应信息反馈工作，现对上海市宝山区 2006 年度药品不良反应报告进行回顾性分析和讨论。1资料来源与方法收集 2005 年 12 月～2006 年 11 月上海市宝山区药品不良反应监测站通过网络上报的 2078 份 ADR 报告表，结合 Excel 电子表格和手工筛选，按患者性别、年龄、ADR 的类型、ADR 因果关系和转归、用药途径、引起 ADR 的药品种类、不良反应累及的器官/系统及其临床表现和涉及国家药品不良反应信息通报品种等项目进行统计和分析。2结果2.1 病例资料在 2078 份报告表中, 女性 1227 例，男性 851 例，女性比例高于男性 ( 1.44:1)...
