摘 要我国的财务公司有两大分类，他们的差异在于是否属于金融机构类型。而一般我们现在所说的财务公司比较正式的名称应该是企业集团财务公司。企业集团财务公司成立是服务于集团内成员的，为其技术改革创新，产品的研发及营销提供金融服务的非银行的新型金融机构。我国第一家财务公司成立 1987 年，在经过 20 多年的发展，财务公司在企业集团的发展历程中发挥的作用越来越大，但与西方发达国家相比还是存在着较大的差距。本文通过对我国财务公司的现状进行调查研究，分析其不足之处，并根据其所存在的问题制约其发展的因素进行讨论研究，最后针对我国财务公司的发展提出可行性建议。关键词： 财务公司 金融机构 运营策略 AbstractOur finance company has two categories, the difference lies in whether they belong to the type of financial institution.
