以创业带动就业问题分析——基于贵阳市的实证分析摘 要：党的十七大提出了“以创业带动就业”的战略思想，把鼓励创业、支持创业放到了就业工作更加突出的位置。本文对贵阳市就业状况、创业环境、创业活动水平以及影响创业的因素进行了简要分析，影响贵阳市创业的因素主要包括：创业形式、规模、劳动者、创业环境等，并在此基础上提出了相应的对策建议：加强组织领导，健全创业组织体系；完善创业扶持政策，鼓励自主创业；加大创业培训力度，提高创业者能力；加强宣传工作营造创业氛围。关键词：创业促进就业；工作；贵阳；分析To encourage entrepreneurship to create employment problem analysis— Guiyang City-based empirical analysisAbstract: The Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) reported “ implement a development strategy that Promotes job creation and encourage entrepreneurship to create more employment opportunities”.
