土木工程造价管理问题及对策讨论土木工程造价管理问题及对策讨论 摘要：随着市场经济的进展，土木工程建设项目越来越普遍，那么在关注工程建设质量的同时，工程造价的管理也是不容忽视的。工程造价的管理效率直接关系到土木工程建设的效益，那么如何在发挥最大效益的基础上有效的控制成本就是造价所要发挥的作用。当下，我国土木工程造价管理中存在着一些问题，造价管理的效果低下，由此导致工程建设难以达到预定的效果，所以要在土木工程的建设过程中，强化造价管理的作用，充分协调人力、物力、财力的关系。本文基于工作中的具体实践，从土木工程造价管理的问题出发，提出造价管理的对策，以期为土木工程的顺利建设提供保障。 关键字：土木工程 ;造价管理; 问题 ; 对策 Abstract: With the development of market economy, the civil engineering construction projects are becoming more and more popular, so in the engineering construction quality at the same time, the management of engineering cost can not be ignored.
