城市环境保护的问题措施与可持续进展城市环境保护的问题措施与可持续进展 摘要：人类在经过漫长的奋斗历程后,在改造自然和进展社会经济方面取得了辉煌的业绩,与此同时,生态破坏与城市环境污染,对人类的生存和进展已构成了现实威胁。保护和改善生态环境,实现人类社会的持续进展,是全人类紧迫而艰巨的任务。本文介绍了城市进展过程中面临的环境问题，提出了对城市环境保护的整治措施与可持续进展。 关键词：城市进展；环境保护；措施；可持续进展 Abstract: The human in after a long struggle, has made brilliant achievements, in the transformation of nature and the social and economic development at the same time, the ecological destruction and environmental pollution of the city, the survival and development of human beings has constituted a real threat. Protect and improve the ecological environment, realize sustainable development of human society, mankind is urgent and arduous task. This paper introduces the environmental problems in city development, proposed to the city environmental protection measures and sustainable development. Key words: city development; environmental protection; measures; sustainable development 中图分类号：[TU984.11+5] 一、城市进展过程中面临的环境问题城市是人类社会文明进展到一定历史时期的产物，它的产生和进展决定于经济的进展，同时也受上层建筑的影响。近几十年来，城市人口的迅速增长和经济的高速进展引起了一系列的环境问题。  1、水体污染问题突出。由于城市人口的急剧增长和工业的飞速进展，大量的污水没有得到妥善的处理而直接排入水体，致使水环境遭到严重的破坏。我国的水体污染近期呈上升趋势，全国有监测资料的 1200 多条河流中，850 多条受到污染，在七大水系中，以辽河、海河、淮河污染严重，在统计的 138 个城市河段中，有 133 个河段受到了不同程度的污染。全国范围内 78％的河段不适宜作饮用水水源，50％的地下水受到污染，西安、北京等许多城市也出现了供水危机。据估量，我国每年因污染而造成的经济损失达 400 亿元。  2、城市大气质量严重恶化。工业和交通运输业迅速进展以及化石燃料的大...
