Key words: urban rail transit; city economy; city development 中图分类号：U213.2 引言：城市轨道交通是促进城市经济进展，改善城市生态环境、优化城市结构、实现城市可持续进展的关键。自 2025 年 7 月获得国家发改委批复后，东莞市跻身于全国城市轨道交通建设行列，但如何健康进展城市轨道交通，对处于经济转型升级中的东莞具有重要的意义。本文根据城市轨道交通本身的特点，就政府投资城市轨道交通建设对城市经济进展的作用进行分析与探讨。 1、东莞市城市的进展现状 1）城市地理位置及社会经济进展概况 东莞市位于广东省中南部、珠江三角洲东北部、珠江口东岸，北距广州 50 公里，南离深圳 90 公里，水路至香港 47 海里、至澳门48 海里，处于穗港经济走廊中间，是广州与香港之间水陆交通的必经之地。以莞城为进展中心，以常平为东部次中心的广深铁路城镇带和以虎门为西部次中心的西部城镇带，构成了现状城镇进展的基本格局。 东莞市近 10 余年经济保持超高速进展，在珠江三角洲地区城市中处于领先地位。1998 年至 2025 年，国内生产总值增长速度在14.0%左右。近几年虽然受到全球金融危机影响，但是东莞市经济进展势头...
