毕业设计（论文） 题 目数字印刷的质量检测与控制讨论 专 业 印刷工程 班 级 印 105 学 生 陈恺煊 指导老师 刘昕 教授 完成时间 2025 年 6 月 2025 年摘 要本课题是在如今数字印刷迅猛进展的大背景下，针对目前数字印刷纷繁复杂的质量检测步骤和手段做出一个归纳和整理，建立一个简单而有用的数字印刷质量评价体系,为企业指导生产。并为以后的讨论打好基础。讨论方法主要是首先对数字印刷的工艺原理以及质量检测和控制方面做一个初步的论述，通过对以往文献资料进行参考和调查，结合传统胶印，对影响印刷品质量的各个因素进行分析，并收集出最重要的几个作为参数，设计测试版，利用数字印刷机打印出样张。数据测量的过程中采纳客观测量和主观评价同时进行的方式，对得到的数据进行分析和归纳。最后得出结论。通过实验可以了解实地密度的均匀性、网点扩大、相对反差、各级网点再现能力会对印刷品的层次造成影响。而灰平衡、油墨的色域范围以及叠印率会对印刷品颜色再现造成影响。所以只要在印刷过程中加以控制这些因素，就等于掌握了印刷品的层次再现性和颜色再现性，并且与人心理的主观评价相契合，就完全可以得到合乎要求的印刷品。关键词：轻工技术，数字印刷，质量检测AbstractPrint quality must meet customers’ requirements, and reasonable quality evaluation should start from each step of the process(pre-press, printing, post-printed), analyze and evaluate the printed material ,printability, printing processes and parameters, post-press processes and parameters, discover and understand the defects of quality, resolve the question by a right way to meet requirements.The research method is to make a discourse in principles of offset printing technology and quality testing. By researching the past literature reference and investigation, collect the various factors that affect print quality with combination of traditional offset printing.
