摘 要本 文 主 要 论 述 了 液 压 设 计 。 因 为 液 压 是 活 塞 式发 动 机 和 压 缩 机 的 主 要 零 件 之 一 ， 其 大 头 孔 与 曲 轴连 接 ， 小 头 孔 通 过 活 塞 销 与 活 塞 连 接 ， 其 作 用 是 将活 塞 的 气 体 压 力 传 送 给 曲 轴 ， 又 收 曲 轴 驱 动 而 带 动活 塞 压 缩 汽 缸 中 的 气 体 。 连 杆 承 受 的 是 冲 击 动 载 荷 ，因 此 要 求 连 杆 质 量 小 ， 强 度 高 。 所 以 在 安 排 工 艺 过程 时 ， 根 据 “ 先 基 准 后 一 般 ” 的 加 工 原 则 。 连 杆 的主 要 加 工 表 面 为 大 小 头 孔 和 两 端 面 ， 较 重 要 的 加 工表 面 为 连 杆 体 和 盖 的 结 合 面 及 螺 栓 孔 定 位 面 。 在夹 具 设 计 方 面 也 要 针 对 连 杆 结 构 特 点 比 较 小 ， 设 计应 时 应 注 意 夹 具 体 结 构 尺 寸 的 大 小 等 ， 最 终 就 能 达到 零 件 的 理 想 要 求 ！关 键 词 : 液 压 变 形 加 工 工 艺 夹 具 设 计AbstractThe diesel connecting rod treating handicraft the main body of a book has been discussed mainly and their grip design.
