摘要近年来,我国工业的高速进展对模具工业,尤其是塑料模具提出了越来越高的要求,据有关专家预测塑料模具在整个模具行业在未来几年将会保持较高速度进展。国内塑料模具市场需求量大,对其行业要求越来越高。注塑作为工业常用的一种生产造型方法,产量大,价格低廉,其在现代工业中的地位不言而喻。注射成型是塑料成型的一种重要方法,它主要适用于热塑性塑料的成型,可以一次成型形状复杂的精密塑件。本设计就是将电器盖作为模型,以材料性能和注射模具等相关知识为依据,阐述塑料注射模具的设计过程。本设计对圆形电器盖进行注射模设计,利用相关软件对塑件进行了结构分析,接着对塑件的工艺分析和比较之后,最终设计了一个注射模具。本设计对模具的注塑机的选择、浇注系统、模具成型部分的结构、脱模机构、合模导向机构、冷却系统、及有关参数的校核、都有详细的设计。通过整个设计表明此模具符合塑件大批量生产要求。本设计通过对电器盖的注射模具设计挺高深化了所学知识,得到了比较满意的结果,通过其也可以对注塑模具有一个比较正确的认知。这次的模具设计基本达到了预期的设计意图。关键词:塑料模具; 注射成型; 模具设计AbstractIn recent years, the rapid development of China's industrial tooling industry, especially plastic mold made increasing demands, according to experts predict in the entire mold plastic mold industry in the coming years will be to maintain a high speed development of the country.
