本 11 机制毕业生毕业论文题 目: 基于 PLC 控制的滚柱直径分拣系统设计 院系名称: 电子电气工程系 专业班级: 本 11 机制电 西南科技大学摘要工业的发达程度是衡量一个国家综合国力的重要标准。而工业的进展对轴承的性能、寿命及可靠性提出了更高的要求,轴承的质量取决于设计、制造和检测环节。而影响滾柱质量的关键因素是滾柱直径的误差。在实际生产中因测量量较大,人工测量存在读数误差。在本文中介绍一种由 PLC 控制的滾柱直径分拣系统,通过机械传递、传感测量的方式完成滾柱的自动检测与分拣,在提高测量精度的同时提高了分拣的效率。本设计通过推杆将滾柱推至限位挡块处,钨钢测头测量直径误差后,将所得信号转换为电信号经放大电路放大后送入 PLC 的模拟量处理模块,据此打开相应的电磁翻板,再由推杆将滾柱送入不同的分料箱,料箱中装有油类物质,在滾柱下落过程中起缓冲运用,保证滾柱的精度。经过软件仿真得知,本设计方案切实可行,可用于滾柱的直径测量与分拣,通过此系统既可节约成本亦能提高分拣效率,有良好的市场进展前景。关键词:PLC 精密测量 滾柱分拣Title The roller diameter sorting system based on PLC control design AbstractIndustrial development level is an important standard to measure a country's comprehensive national strength. and put forward higher requirements for performance, life and reliability of the bearing industry, bearing the quality depends on the design, manufacturing and testing process.
