摘 要 蛹虫草属于真菌类物质,人工蛹虫草子实体具有很高的药用价值和营养价值,尤其是人工蛹虫草子实体中含有的核苷类物质,它的应用十分广泛并有极高的应用价值和开发潜力。 本实验以人工蛹虫草子实体为原料,以核苷类物质的提取率为考察指标,比较了超声波提取法、热回流提取法和微波提取法对核苷类物质的提取效果,并对提取溶剂进行了考察。实验结果表明:以水为提取溶剂,超声波提取法效果最佳。正交试验法优化超声波提取的最佳工艺条件为:液料比为 40:1、提取温度 80℃、超声功率为 100W、提取时间 40min、提取次数 3 次。在最优提取条件下,采纳 HPLC 法测定人工蛹虫草子实体腺苷和虫草素的含量分别为 0.197%和 0.148%。关键词:蛹虫草子实体;腺苷;虫草素;超声波提取;HPLC Abstract As the fungus substance , the cultured mycelia of Cordyceps Militaris has a high medical and nutritional value, especially its nucleoside has been widely used. It has a high application value and development potential. The experiment regards the cultured mycelia of Cordyceps Militaris as the research material , the extraction rate of nucleoside as indicators . To investigate the method applied in the extraction of nucleoside in Cordyceps militaris mycelia.Water-extraction method,ultrasonic wave extraction and microwave extraction method were applied in the extraction of nucleoside.And selected the best extraction solvent.The experiment shows that the method of microwave extraction is the best,and the best extraction solvent is water.The experiment use the method of HPLC to determination of cordyceps militaris artificially fruit body and the content of Chinese caterpillar fungus adenosine meal.Orthogonal design was be used to assess the process conditions which influencing the extraction and separation ,and final optimized conditions for extracting nucleoside was established,then get the best condition is:Liquid material than is 40:1、the temperature i...
