摘 要 蛹虫草属于真菌类物质,人工蛹虫草子实体具有很高的药用价值和营养价值,尤其是人工蛹虫草子实体中含有的核苷类物质,它的应用十分广泛并有极高的应用价值和开发潜力
本实验以人工蛹虫草子实体为原料,以核苷类物质的提取率为考察指标,比较了超声波提取法、热回流提取法和微波提取法对核苷类物质的提取效果,并对提取溶剂进行了考察
实验结果表明:以水为提取溶剂,超声波提取法效果最佳
正交试验法优化超声波提取的最佳工艺条件为:液料比为 40:1、提取温度 80℃、超声功率为 100W、提取时间 40min、提取次数 3 次
在最优提取条件下,采纳 HPLC 法测定人工蛹虫草子实体腺苷和虫草素的含量分别为 0
