AbstractConfucianism is the thought of Chinese orthodox feudality in ancient times. It has a series of opinions about vindicating "rule of li", advocating "the rule of virtue", attaching importance to "the rule of man". And those have had a deep impact to china. Confucian concept evolved into Chinese society ＇ s ethics. Chinese modern rule of law development is inseparable from the history, but there is a lot of contradictions between Confucianism and the modern rule of law. So finding the confluent factors from those certainly is a good method of modern rule of law development in China.
