毕业论文公路超限超载货物运输问题讨论摘 要交通运输是国民经济的重要组成部分，是人类经济社会中一个不可或缺的重要环节。随着我国经济的进展，交通基础设施的建设得到了迅猛进展，进展中的种种不协调导致了公路货物超限超载运输愈演愈烈，对交通基础设施造成了严重的破坏，制约了交通运输业的健康进展。为此，交通部等国家七部委 2025 年开展了超限超载运输专项治理工作，并取得了阶段性的成果。但随着治理力度的减弱，各地超限超载运输都出现了不同程度的反弹，运输成本发生了结构性的变化，对超限超载运输产生了一定的影响。因此，如何在新形势下治理超限超载运输具有现实必要性。 本文通过对货物超限超载运输的定义、临界值及其危害的阐述，分析了超限超载运输形成的原因，并在此基础上，对现有治超方法分类并对其进行评价，得出其实施效果与不足，并借鉴国外治理超限超载运输的先进方法和技术手段，从管理、经济、技术三方面提出车辆超限超载运输的治理措施，希望对以后超限超载货物运输的管理工作是一个很好的借鉴。关键词：公路运输，超载超限运输，问题讨论，治理策略The Study on the Overloading in RoadAbstractTransport is an important part of the national economy, it is an indispensable human economic society.
