上海海事大学本科生毕业设计关于失效历史的预防性维修调度 学院：物流工程 专业：机械电子工程（中荷） 班级：机电荷 121 姓名：曾明昭 指导老师：林丹萍 完成日期：摘 要本文以实际生产设备故障率符合威布尔分布（Weibull distribution）为前提，应用役龄回退因子这一参数对生产设备实际总寿命进行评估，利用递推关系建立机械生产设备的故障率模型。以机械设备总维修费用为优化目标，建立了有限时间区间内变周期预防性维修的总费用模型。运用遗传算法（Genetic Algorithm）对该模型进行求解,并讨论了改变遗传算法初始参数中交叉概率对模型求解进行验证。关键词：预防性维修，遗传算法，役龄回退因子，交叉概率。AbstractThis paper is based on that the mechanical production equipment is following the Weibull distribution. We evaluate the actual lifespan of mechanical production equipment by applying the parameter of age reduction factor and build the failure rate model using recurrent relation. The optimization target is total maintenance cost of mechanical production equipment in the whole lifespan. We build the total imperiodic preventive maintenance model in finite time interval. Applying the Genetic Algorithm to solve the model and verify the validity of this model by change the value of crossover probability.
