2025 届毕业设计发动机拆装实验台姓 名： 指 导 教 师： 院 系：机械工程系专 业：机械设计制造及其自动化班 级： 学 制： 完 成 时 间： 摘要 发动机翻转试验台是发动机拆装修理的最基本的工具。本文提出了用步进电机实现发动机连续任意角度转动的解决方案，并利用蜗轮蜗杆机构实现发动机的自锁。蜗轮轴承受发动机的全部重量及其产生的扭矩。翻转试验台的万向脚轮移动性好，操作简便，不仅可以减轻操作者的劳动强度，而且提高了生产率，并能将翻转试验台锁止在任意工作地点。专门油盘使整个维修过程及工作地点洁净洁净。关键字 发动机 翻转试验台 步进电机AbstractThe rollover-stand is the basic tool to inassemble and assemble the engine. In this paper, with step motor, the engine can achieve the rotation with angle of arbitrary. And with the worm gear agencies,the engine can achieve self-locking. Worm shaft bears the full weight of the engine and it’s torque. It’s rollover wheel moves flexibly which enable the operation labor-saving, and increase the productivity . Futhermore, it can fix the Rollover-stand wherever you want. The special oil pan make the the process of maintaining very tidy and clean.
