2025 届 本 科生毕业论文 存档编号 湖北文理学院物理与电子工程学院毕 业 论 文(设计)论文题目:基于 PLC 和 MCGS 的四层电梯控制系统 English Topic: The Four Layer Elevator Control System Based On MCGS and PLC 基于 PLC 和 MCGS 的四层电梯控制系统摘要:本毕业设计上位机利用组态软件 MCGS 设计监控系统,下位机采纳 PLC来控制,并用,设计出一个自动化、稳定可靠、易操作的控制系统。控制系统采纳模块化设计,包括控制系统硬件设计、控制系统软件设计、组态软件的组态画面设计。其中系统硬件设计主要包括 PLC 的选型、I/O 地址分配、PLC 硬件I/O 接线;系统的软件设计主要是利用 GX-Works2 来完成梯形图的编程与调试;组态界面的设计主要包括用户窗口的建立;实时数据库的建立;以及运行脚本程序的编写等。电梯的主要功能模块包括响应轿厢内外呼叫按钮并到达相应的楼层、轿厢当前楼层显示模块、电梯门自动开关模块、内外呼叫按钮和开关门信号的输入与消除模块等。最后通过制作上、下位机的通讯协议以达到上位机实时监控的目的。关键词:PLC;MCGS;四层电梯;控制系统The Four Layer Elevator Control System Based On MCGS and PLCAbstract:Due to the traditional relay, contactor type elevator control system more and more clearly showed the unsolved problem of a short life, the line repair complex,. because of its easier use, high reliability and simple maintenance, PLC get the mass Pro resistance.
