辽东学院本科毕业论文（设计）基于虚拟仪器的温度测量系统The Design of Temperature Measurement System Based on Virtual Instrument Technology 学 院（系）： 机电学院 专 业： 测控技术 与仪器 学 生 姓 名： 梁宇 学 号： 0614110415 指 导 教 师： 赵娜 评 阅 教 师： 完 成 日 期： 2025 年 4 月 辽 东 学 院Eastern Liaoning University摘 要 测控技术跟随时代的进展，正在变得更加数字化，自动化，智能化和网络化。随着“软件就是仪器”这个概念被美国 NI 公司率先提出，LabVIEW 也随之产生。如今社会的工业中不能缺少检测，尤其是在恶劣环境下更加需要远程检测系统。本设计分为两部分，上位机部分由 PC 机的 LabVIEW 软件对检测界面进行开发，可以对温度变化曲线进行直观的观察，还可以在需要的情况下把检测数据保存在 Excel中，利用记录的温度数据对比设定值来提示温度报警；下位机部分由 89E52 单片机读取温度数据，利用 RS-232 转到 USB 接口，由上位机分析处理。本设计对不适于人进入的场所的测量工作问题进行了有效的解决。在 V3.0 版本之后 LabVIEW 通信模块（NI-VISA）开始支持 USB 串口，这使下位机可以不用接收数据采集卡的数据就可以和 LabVIEW 进行通信，不仅减低了硬件的成本，也使 LabVIEW 在有用性和灵活性上得到加强。关键词：LabVIEW；温度；接口技术The Design of Temperature Measurement System Based on Virtual Instrument Technology AbstractWith the continuous development of measurement and control technology, and its technology is toward automation, intelligent, digital and network development.
