AbstractNon-fixed term labor contract is an important type of labor contract in China, it is very important to promote economic development.But,at present , our country's non-fixed term labor contract system in the legislation still exist many defects instance, for example,our country's non-fixed term labor contract, there is insufficient with the conditions of contract and lifting of conditions, many employers and workers misunderstand with the type of labor contract, there are many mistakes in practice, in addition , non-fixed term labor contract failed to consider the status of the labor force, leading to non-fixed labor contract system can not reach its full potential.
