To win the competition, companies will have to invest more time and energy to focus on their areas of expertise, and are concerned about cooperation and linkages with other enterprises. Logistics outsourcing as a way to make the most of limited resources, reduce costs, improve core competitiveness of enterprise strategic model, is gradually accepted by enterprises, and became a trend.
