沈阳理工大学飞度轿车麦弗逊式前悬架运动学仿真专业：车辆工程班级：11020255学号：08姓名：鲁荣贵 指导老师：梁继辉 摘 要2025 款广州本田飞度轿车前悬架采纳的是麦弗逊式独立悬架，其结构比较简单，制造成本小；安装时占用空间不大，使用上反应快。适用于中小型轿车、中低端 SUV车前悬架。因此，在广州本田飞度这款车上选用麦弗逊式独立悬架是一个不错的选择。此次毕业设计基于飞度轿车整车各项参数，针对飞度轿车操纵稳定性,行驶平顺性要求，进行悬架选型与结构的简单设计。先应用 CATIA 软件进行建模，再用 ADAMS软件建模仿真，继而对仿真结果进行分析，梳理结论。本论文首先阐明了课题的意义和讨论方法，继而说明了悬架的各大部件与悬架设计要求及悬架的分类，并阐述了悬架各主要部分的设计过程，最后进行建模和仿真分析。结论表明本毕业设计的麦弗逊式独立前悬架前轮定位参数符合要求。关键词：本田飞度轿车；CATIA 建模；ADAMNS 仿真；麦弗逊式独立前悬架AbstractThe 2025 edit of Guangzhou Honda Fit sedan uses McPherson independent suspension as its front suspension because of the reason that McPherson independent suspension structure is simple as well as it has small footprint, fast response and low manufacturing cost. It is suitable for the front suspension of small cars and low-end SUV cars. Therefore, Guangzhou Honda Fit sedan chooses McPherson independent suspension as its front suspension is a reasonable choice.Based on the parameters of Car Fit, The graduation project works out the selection of a simple design and structure of the suspension，which aims at fetching the handling stability and riding comfort requirements.
