AbstractWith the fast development of information technology and the popularity of Internet,the economy characterized by E-commerce is having its impact upon every industry,which is increasingly becoming new point of growth in national economy.E-commerce is in a steady stage of development,which is the external environment of third-party logistics enterprise, but also is a powerful tool for logistics development.E-commerce makes an improtant impact on the global economy.Enterprises of our contry are facing complicated environment.In order to obtain Strengths,we must continually enhance our competitiveness and services. Third-party logistics is the form of outsourcing, the effect of it getting more and more important.Explore and practice the operation mode of third-party logistics plays an important role in promoting its development and improving competitiveness. To organic integration between third-party logistics and e-commerce,making third-party logistics to supply chain integration.This article analysis the environment of e-commerce,then explore operation mode of third-party logistics.
