Through cost-effectiveness analysis, we adopt this project which uses main slope, assistant slope, return air course shaft to exploit. In the project, main transport adopt rubber belt, the pit car and the trackless vehicle are used as the assistant transport. The ventilation style is zone system. The method of mining is Long-wall All-time High Fully-mining method, the capacity of the coal mine is 4 Mt per year, and the service life is 74.6 years.
