本科毕业设计-解决我国农民工工资拖欠问题的法律思考

中文摘要目前，我国法学界关于农民工工资拖欠问题的讨论还处于起步阶段，有关保护农民工工资的法律援助机制也还没有完善，严重的影响了我国农民工的生活状况，加上近年来我国农民工工资拖欠问题日益严重，已成为影响劳动关系和谐进展乃至社会稳定的重要因素。本文首先从农民工工资拖欠问题的现状入手，分析解决我国农民工工资拖欠问题的必要性。接着指出我国的农民工工资拖欠问题，然后介绍分析了其他国家和地区的关于对农民工工资拖欠问题的法律实践，从中得出对我国有启示的地方。最后找出解决我国农民工工资拖欠问题权益保护的法律机制对策。关键词：我国农民工；工资拖欠问题；法律机制AbstractAt present, the research of the problem about wage arrears for peasant-workers is just in its primary stage arroud our legal circles. legal protection system for peasant-workers' wage is still not perfect; and that has affected the living conditions of our peasant-workers seriously. In addition, the wage arrears for peasant-workers is a growing problem in China these years, has become an important factor which affects the harmonious development of labor relations, even the stability of our society. This paper sets in with the current situation of wage arrears for peasant-workers in China, analyzing the necessity of solving that problem. Then it introduces and analyzes legislations about wage arrears for peasant-workers in other countries and regions, and find out the enlightenment. Finally the paper points out the problem of wage arrears for peasant-workers and arrives at the legal system to solve that problem.
