内容摘要诚信观念在我国一直被视作是个人安身、立业的根本守则之一，诚信是我国优良的历史文化传统，更是我国自古经商必须遵守的道德标准。诚信品质早已成为我国优秀的民族精髓。人类进入现代商品经济社会，诚信经营更被视作是企业赖以生存和发展的根本，本文对中小企业诚信管理研究现状进行阐述和列举。对我国中小企业诚信管理存在的问题进行归纳后，并分析出产生这些问题的原因，笔者在文章最后给出一些合理的建议和对策。关键词：市场经济；诚信管理；中小企业；效益AbstractAnd the concept of integrity in our country has been regarded as a personal shelter, founding one of the fundamental rules, honesty is our fine historical and cultural traditions, is our country ancient times business must abide by the moral standard.
