本科毕业设计-试论我国的人民调解制度

中文摘要人民调解制度作为一项具有中国特色的社会主义法律制度，在化解民间纠纷、宣传党的方针与政策、反映社情民意、实现群众自治和加强基层民主政治建设等方面发挥着重要作用。但因新时期的变化，人民调解制度的进展却反映出与社会进展不相适应的状况，众多的问题相应而生，从内部的调解制度的结构、配置、人民调解员的保障，培训到外部的调解制度与其他部门的衔接，调解协议的效力等方面都存在相应的问题。本文试从分析我国人民调解制度中存在的问题，并与国外的 ADR制度相比较与借鉴，探讨人民调解制度在我国的必要性并试就完善人民调解制度提出若干建议。关键词：人民调解制度；ADR；调解协议AbstractPeople's mediation system as of socialism with Chinese characteristics in resolving legal system, In solving disputes, publicity of the party's principles and policies, and reflect social phenomenon, realizing the masses autonomy and strengthen the construction of grass-roots democratic politics played an important role.
