本科毕业设计-试论我国网络隐私权法律保护的完善

AbstractWith the development and popularization of internet technologies,information network has become closely linked with people's social life.However,people greatly depend on internet and the individual privacy is easily trespassed in the condition of network.It makes us urge the necessity for building up the complete legal institution so that we can standardize the network behavior,enhance the legal protection of network privacy,and promote the healthy development of information network.The thesis will analyze the necessity of legal protection for network privacy in China,observe the shortage of present legislation of network privacy protection in China,evaluate the measures put forword by foreign countries to protect network privacy,and put forword some strategies about privacy protection in China.The author suggests that we can learn from some countries about the experience of network privacy legislation.what's more,connecting with our country's condition we should enhance,citizens'awareness of procteting their own network privacy,so we can form our network privacy protection legislation as soon as possible,estabilish some law to protect network privacy.
